I sent an email to Tesco head office mentioning the fact that
the locator on their site for 99RON fuel say's Banbury store has
it in stock, although it dosen't.

I found this out after taking a little trip from API after having my
brakes done.

I was a little cheeky as i shop at Tesco and asked for some vouchers
for my hassle (Don't ask don't get).

This was there reply:

Dear Robert

Thank you for your email and bringing to our attention the lack of 99 Octane at Banbury Tesco. We are very sorry that you had to travel to Banbury to find this out. Banbury has now been removed from the list of stores selling 99 Octane on our website.
I'm sorry but we do not have any Tesco vouchers, please let me have your address and I will send you a 99 Octane baseball cap.

WTF? Tesco don't have any tesco vouchers?? send a letter back saying you'll accept ASDA ones instead then . And thanks for the cap offer, but i'd feel like a bit of a ***** wearing it, could i have a burberry one instead?
