my scooby has a problem.....when the lights are on the heater controls do not light up + the aircon and air recirculation button don't work. When the lights are off all's well. The blower works all the time. My car is a 1995 model turbo wrx import. I never noticed the fault when testing the care. Someone please add your wisdom. Is it just a short or something more serious
