Questions about Wagons...
I've just sold my BMW M Coupe (tears all round). There's not enough superlatives to describe how great these cars are and whilst I could easily get one Hungarian Vizsla in the back two would be a bit of a squeeze. I've done usual thing of looking at the usual German/Swedish suspects; 5 Series Touring, Audi A6/S6 Avant, Volvo V70 T5/R etc etc, but they are either too expensive or have intergalatic mileages and I wager about to drop off a cliff value wise.
So I've been wondering about Impreza WRX Estates. Anyone use one as a dog carrier? Would you be able to get two medium size K9s in the back? Oh and can I get leather so I can wipe the dog slobber off the seats if need be?
Any other thoughts appreciated.
What should I look to pay for a 01/02 plater in tip top condition?
Thanks in advance.

Cvc in Cardiff have a very nice wr blue wagon with leather and 46k on the clock, have a look at subau uk website for used cars. And my chum had a wagon and his big old doberman cross used to come along for rides without a problem, apart from the fact when the turbo kickin his nose used to squidge on the rear window and he spent a lot of time cleaning it

Off at a tangent........apologies
We are thinking of a vizsla as our next dog. What are they like?
Ps have a wagon and a dog a bit bit bigger than a viz and it was definitely a squeeze. Leggy GTb for you. Terrific cars.
Sadly I have a mundano est for the hound.

I manage with a Siberian Husky in the back of my wagon with plenty of room (he even slides around a little when I give it a bit too much).
A second Husky would fit fine, but a legacy would give a lot more room, esp with the Visla which would prob be a little bigger.

I did wonder if the Impreza would be big enough.
Thanks for the comments....appreciated.
The search continues then....
What about an ST220 Estate? Cheap as chips too...

We've got a Labrador, who jumps into the back of our Wagon every time we open the hatch, whether we are going out or not.
I would say there is enough room for one but two would be a squeeze.
Also closing the hatch is a little traumatic with that bloody tail waving around
