its not going into production, its an excersise in what prodrive can do for a larger car companies that would want a 'special' built but dont have the expertese to do it themselves, a bit like ricardo and lotus. prodrive have used a cut down scooby chassis and a scooby engine to show what they can do. they will be presenting it to large manufacturers with the economics to back it up, they've kept a track of the time and costs used in the development so they can demonstrate they can build a 'special' on buget and on time. prodrive are NOT in the business of making production cars (unless you want to spend £500,000 on a DBR9)

Can't see it going into production. Prodrive are crap at doing bodywork. Look at all the problems people have had with the rear and front spoilers and the paintwork on the P1.
P2 I don't think so.

prodrive dont have the facilities to make it a production reality
when subaru shows off a concept and says " we wont make it" if they wanted to they could.
however, provdrive are used to fettling the odd rally car and doing the after market parts business, they arent set up for mass production of a car.

Is the P2 to nudge the Subaru B11S concept Car closer to reality
![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Either case it wouldn't hurt Prodrives lot if they retained some of the P2 Features
