Can a tomtom 300 unit pick up/jam mobile camera vans prior to you being nabbed?

tomtom can only tell you when you are near speed cameras in it's database, it has no detection capability.

Other devices are supposed to be able to detect radar guns etc but rely on you picking up stray signals. If a radar gun is pointed directly at your car you will be clocked before it is detected and you can do anything about it..

Radar jammers or 'garage door openers' are different kettle of fish tho

 

A RA navigator with the optional lazer detecion is available mate, but as with all Lazer dectors, by the tme it tells you, they'll already have a fix on you; it takes only a split second. The only hope is that you get a lucky rebound off the car in front.
