Whats the MPG like on these Scoobys?

As i was told they can get into single figures,i would assume that to be a modded one.My 300+ BHP cossy runs the dark green injectors but does manage okay fuel economy.
Just interested.

Really must depend on the car. I have a MY99 - no mods and running on NUL. Daily driving is on the motorway but with regular blasts down back roads.
I always seem to get between 25-28mpg.

If you can afford the car then you can afford the fuel and the insurance. If you are worried about fuel economy then buy a nice little diesel runabout.
Fuel economy does not make a car and frankly who gives a **** the things there to enjoy be it scooby , evo, cossie, lotus, m3..............

I've got a MY99 Impreza Turbo and I normally get around 25-28 mpg on an average tank which involves various driving styles (ie: urban, a quick blast, motorway, etc.). If you boot it though you can literally see the needle drop. The most I've got out of a tank is just over 400 miles when the red light came on - this was driving down to Croatia in August at a steady 90-100mph ... was very impressed!!!

Normally get 250-280 per 50 litres (m-way being around 350) of SUL/octane booster - what ever that works out to!
