Default Fuel Cat

Has anyone heard of the fuel cat its suppost to increase your standard 95 ron to 99 ron for up to 100,000 miles does anyone know if this works???

IMo, there probably is some minor truth in the effect of dumping a load of Zinc ***** in your fuel tank.
But the claims are wildly over exaggerated. Your looking at 1Ron boost as best.

Ask any owner of a Subaru P1


Remeber the same guys selling these fuel cats were shut down by trading standards when they advertised that the very same fuel cats would prevent Valve seat recession on cars without hardened valve seats....trading standards could find no eveidence to proove it

Maybe Scoobymag will eventually conclude the test they started on the fuel cat in issue 2 and we'll know

Basically a Broquet which are useless, stick with a decent OB such as old NF and Millers
