Renewed my subscription to the above and they said I was eligible for the free book "A-Z of Japanese Performance Cars" (or whatever it's called) - Has anyone actually received this yet as whenever I phone up they tell me they're out of stock and then give me the usual BS along the lines of "we're due to receive some more copies next week...."?
