After much abuse and many miles my step-fathers 97Impreza wagon has finally given up the ghost and become unecomical to repair, so is looking for something to replace it;
Must be 4wd, as lives and works, on small holding and a small estate, I can only think of a newer Impreza or say an Audi A4 quattro, any other suggestions?

sorry to plug my car yet again but spend another grand (subject to negotiation) and buy my mint black STI type UK - 14K miles prodrive rearbox £16K approx.

fantastic car just circumstances forcing the sale.

just realised it has to be an estate so will throw a hacksaw in free.

£15-16k will get him a brand new MY06 WRX Wagon from one of the importers. will be UK spec apart from a cat 1 alarm & locking nuts. you get 3 year warranty.
it'd be rude not to.
