Mileage?

Think you could get one cheaper. Some of the 03/ 53 plate sti's aren't going for that much more at the moment.

If its low mileage and in exceptional condition it doesnt sound too bad a deal.

Not to bad mate. Glasses books a 02 52 plate prodrive version with average miles@ £12750 so not to bad. would be better to get it behind book price.

As said above - depends on the mileage and condition. If it's mint and low miles then yes sounds fine.

cant see how this can be worth it unless its from a dealer which it obviously isnt (with a turbo timer) common sense would tell me to buy a o2 plater from a subaru dealer and get ppp fitted and still have change and the warranty.

Sorry guys forgot to add mileage and condition,27000 and very good condition, the down side i think is that they will only give me 4000 for my r reg impreza uk which has got ast coilovers,oz 17in wheels, miltek exhaust, dumpvalve & some others bits.i think its worth 5000-5250.

It never ceases to amaze me how many people consider spending large sums of money on old cars when they can have a new one for similar without all the headaches of unexpected repair bills.

Many companies are advertising new EU imports (with 3 year warranties) for a couple of grand more than 13K or you could buy one on a PCP for a couple of grand and keep the monthly payment money in the bank earning interest

I presume this is an STI. Don't think you'll find a new one anywhere near £15k.
