Motor Show Advice

as far as I know (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong) trade day is supposed to be for people in the motor trade (dealers, suppliers, manufacturers etc), and preview day is for ordinary Joe Public. It costs them more than normal days.
I'm going to trade day with a mate who's got some tickets through work. He's been before and says it's a better day than normal as it's less crowded and the people maning the stands tend to be more helpfull.
Out of the two I'd go for the trade option. Hope this helps.
