I'm trying to sell my 03 STI at the mo, and all I keep getting is these companies who claim to have loads of buyers , all willing to pay above the asking price because they need the finance that this firm arranges. All for a £100 fee of course, then we will see them queueing down the street to buy it. Told them all if they've got that many people, I'll give £100 after it's sold...this puts 'em off. They all must be a con surely.
And how comes none the these mystery buyers has contacted me direct !!!

They don't exist, that's why. You're quite right that it's a con, pure and simple.

For what it's worth, I sold my old scooby within a few weeks via the SIDC forums.

 

They don't have loads of buyers. They have loads of mugs, all £100 lighter.
