Hi Guys,

New to ScoobyNet, and just got my first Impreza - a 2002 WRX. Love the car to bits but the the standard stereo setup sucks. At the moment I am still happy listening to the exhaust note but there may well come a time I fancy a CD by way of a change.

I am looking for some advise and shared experience on upgradiing the head unit, speakers, amp etc. Don't really want to fill the boot space with a sub if I can help it but that said, I need some bass.... Got any ideas, suggestions, pics?

Maybe looking in the ICE section would be a good place to start? It could even have an FAQ sticky thread.

Just a thought...

Allow me to rephrase that for him, so that it doesn't come across rude!!

"Hey there, welcome to Scoobynet!

There is an ICE section which has a FAQ section in it, you should find a lot of good answers in there, but if not then just post in the ICE forum with your questions"

Thanks guys - (I'll give ru' the benefit of the doubt and take it that he meant well ) I guess that's what rushing headfirst into a new forum does for you, instead of stopping to find your way around first!

Anyway, your right, the ICE section has loads of good info on it, so I am off to do a bit of browsing.... Thanks again for a nudge in the right direction - even you ru' ........... 'J' for joke!
