Why do so many topics get moved?

Why do so many topics get moved?
Just noticed a lot of things seem to get moved out of here. With it being General Discussion I thought most things were acceptable?

scoobynet general = threads related directly to scoobs
Non scoobynet general = not related to scoobs directly and general discussion
thats how i have always thought it went, obviously computer, other marques and motorbikes etc go in the own relevent sections
