Appeal for information - White Subaru

Police are again appealing for information following a road traffic collision in Dudley Port, Tipton on Thursday 16 February at 9.30pm. They want to trace the driver of a white Subaru car with blacked out windows who may have witnessed the collision. The car was seen shortly after the incident and it is believed the Subaru has returned to the scene on more than one occasion.
A Renault Clio was travelling from Burnt Tree in the direction of Dudley Port when it is believed the vehicle left the road and collided with fencing and parked vehicles.
The driver, a 27-year-old man from Willenhall, sustained head injuries and died several days later in hospital. He has been named as Geoffrey Darter.
A passenger in the vehicle, a 26-year-old man also from Willenhall, suffered a stomach injury and was released from hospital following treatment.
