Default Subaru tax Disc Holder

I bought one of those really nice Subaru metal tax disc holders from ebay a while back, however the little round see-through sticky pads that hold it to the windscreen have lost their stick. Does anyone know where I can get some replacements from?

If you want the ASAP, pop down your local Halfords, they see the little kit made by Richbrook, you get about 6 sticky pads, allen key and a couple of screws for about £2.
