I had a secondhand TD05 fitted to my car last week and it has been making some noise so I investigated it today and found that the clamp which holds the two halves of the turbo together is missing
I imagine that thia is not great for the turbo at all.
Does anyone know anywhere in North West London where I may be able to get one of these today, Halfords had no idea when I tried them???

You asked in Halfords, for a OEM clamp for a TD05 turbocharger? Did you seriously think that they would have one on the shelf? Did they look at you like you were some sort of idiot?

Of course I din't expect them to have a clue but I was desperate. I tried to explain what it was over the phone but gave up at the third person, call me an optimist.
