I just picked up a SMC Alcohol injection kit for my WRX. I plan to run 75% denatured alcohol and 25% distilled water. Does anyone know where I can get the denatured alcohol? I was going to try B&Q and look in the paint section.

I will watch this with interest. You can't buy and store large quantities of IMS without a permit as far as I'm aware. What's the idea of it, anyway?

As soon as my 12 liter Spec C tank arrives I will install the alcohol kit. I decided I needed more storage and one less thing under the hood of the scooby. Hopefully it will all be installed by this weekend and I will finally be able to make my trip down to WRC for the ECUTEK tweak.

Well the alcohol injection kit is on and working. Install took about 3 hours and was very straight forward. I ended up using 30% rubbing alcohol and 70% water because I didn't measure properly. Now that I have found Denatured Alcohol I will remix and refill the tank. I can say I had ZERO det (been a problem for a while now) all night while out 'playing'. Cant wait to see what it does with the correct mix!
