Default Help?

Hi,

I have a 1993 wrx import ive just bought a decat pipe to replace the cat but the pipes holes are two big to fit my sensor in the cat can i leave the sensor off and bung the holes or will this cause problems.

Also im not sure what the sensor in the cat is for is it a lambda sensor or o2 sensor?

Personally i wouldnt leave the o2 sensor off because your car could run lean. Is it the down pipe or centre section that you have replaced????

Its the one in the cat. Will the car run crap if the sensor is left off also can anyone tell me what type of sensor it is and if a can replace my old 2 wire sensor (import) with the newer bigger sensors.
