Whats the status of the impreza regarding the chancellors budget and 4x4's?

I suppose when you look at it the above seems funny coming from the owner of one and i suppose everybody on here has a bit of a drink problem when it comes to the high octane liqeur we seem to spend a fortune on.

So do we have to pay the increased road fund licsense too?

Blimey this has been blown out of proportion.

You are only effected if:

1) Your car was built after march 2001
2) Your CO2 emissions are above 225g/km

Its nothing to do with being a 4x4 etc.

And its only an extra £20 a year! boo hoo!

 

£25 a year thats what mine went up had to get it yesterday

 

oh thats not bad then i thought it was going to be worse...but i'd just been listening to a few people rranting on about it and loads of mates pointing their finger at me saying im gonna get battered for car tax.
