OK gonna bite the bullet I think...
Well after having owned my STI ppp for 3months now, iv decided to upgrade it to 350bhp with the wrc package.
Not a question about the wrc350ppp pack thats been well covered, but really an opinion on owners about the driver difference between an sti ppp and one running 350bhp, is it really really noticeable? driveability a lot better? does the suspension tyres brakes handle the extra power ok etc just some thoughts to reassure me that im not wasting mi hard earned

I haven't had the WRC350 package, but my STI is 356bhp and the chassis seems to cope with the power fine . The car feels alive now and I have found it's driveability has been improved significantly. Do WRC not have a demo car there for you to sample?

LOL - nooo one thing at a time! Hence really my question, is the handling compromised somewhat with just doing this kit for a power upgrade, without doing any handling mods first.

It depends if you understand the dynamics of the vehicle and your confidence in it. I have found handling hasn't been compromised by the extra power and it actually gives me more confidence through the corners as i can manipulate the car and angles with better effect. I only have a front strut on it so far, but am looking into a stiffer ARB as well to keep the back in check
