Default Help on UK Car

Hi all

I'm still new to all this scooby talk but,

I have found a Uk Spec 2000 4WD Scooby with full service history and was just wondering what you guys value such a car at?

Also what is required to get it somewhere close to wrx speed, am i right in reading that it is different turbo and ecu or is there more to it?

Thanks in advance

depends on how many miles/what reg, and if anything silly has been done to it - prob worth 3,500 (high mileage 'R' plate) to £8000 (low mileage '51' plate?) less if horridly modded

UK turbos have a TD04 (or before 97 a TD05) turbo. Imports and P1's have the larger IHI VF24 i believe. You'll only get so much out of a TD04 before you're gonna need to upgrade it, around 270 - 280bhp.
