Anybody else have a problem with them? I have MY04 wrx and since putting the baby seat in the rear of the car I get annoyed with the fact that you cant pull out the seat belt round the baby seat without taking the whole thing out EVERYTIME and stretching the belt out fully and wedging it !!!

I know they are sposed to lock, but arnt you sposed to be able to pull them out slowly??
