Oh, dear ........... some lessons are hard.
You can have a go at fighting it - but I suspect you will fail.
Why didn't you STOP speeding when you got your first 3 points??
Maybe you will slow down if you need to take your test all over again?
Pete
AWWWWWW, look he has run away!!
He was NEVER 31 years old!!

I guess you must be quite young and need to learn a few lessons, it is a tough call ..... but, maybe you should have waited for a fast car until you worked out how to operate it within the law?

Grow up FFS ........... he was speeding when he KNEW that he had 3 points and should be VERY careful - he was acting like the youngster he is and got caught.
Now he will have to retake his test and not be able to afford insurance on anything other than a Micra 998cc ...... but the Micra will enable him to gain experience without threatening you and your families!!

It is possible to ignore all of pete's posts, then you don't have to put up with whoever he happens to be today.
First thing you need to do is stop admitting to an offence on a public forum. The partnerships and police now monitor motoring related forums! No, honestly.
Then, as suggested, it would be best to get over to pepipoo and read a lot of stuff before you post. There are a lot of smart people over there who can help you and who are aware of all the current defences. However, be aware that because of the police/partnership monitoring of forums some of the available advice has gone slightly underground. It is still there to be had though and if you have a defence they will come good for you.
I assume that, as you were sent an NIP, you weren't stopped at the scene? Be sure to keep the envelope the NIP arrived in but say nothing at all until you have read around. If keeping your licence is very important to you then it may be worthwhile to get some professional legal representation. If you go this path then be sure to get a motoring solicitor and not just any general bloke who spends most of his time divorcing people.
If you are willing to spend some time and, perhaps, some money then it should be possible to come up with a good defence. First lesson is say nothing to no one until you have taken advice and when dealing with the police/partnership say only what needs to be said.

Mate your rep speaks for itself. It seems nearly everyone on here has a problem of some sorts with you. Your posts do nothing but antagonise people. You speak like your the fountain of all knowledge. As for the calling me a pr*ck, well just goes to show how **** you are. Maybe we'll meet up one day and you can repeat that statement in person
