Default Scoobymagazine...helooooooooooooooooo

Cant see any threads yet about issue 9, so i will start one.

Now cmon guys, it is still advertised as monthly and yes they did say they had production problems and it be worth the wait, but still no sign off it.

see here for the issue 8 discussions

http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthrea...light=magazine

issue 7 discussions

http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthrea...light=magazine

and so on...
see a pattern emerging here ??

I dont want to sound unfair or not patient, but this needs to be sorted out sooner rather than later or else people will just unsubscribe. and all that is left is to buy it in the shops (if you can find it), but they pointed out that it is difficult to get it into shops as a specialist mag !!

Cmon guys, let us know...we can only hold on for so long

Well said Tony, I waited 6 weeks for issue 8, but that could have been due to the excueses.

THe banner above may even be updated one day.

BUT the content is top notch and worth waiting for. The best things come to those who wait and You don;t know what you've got until its gone spring to mind. I wish they would hurry up though!

Maybe even see something on South Wales Scoobies Dyno day by issue 14. We did it a month ago btw. Its a joke FFS.

Keep up the quality. The rest can do the quantity.

Thought about subscibing but these threads are the main reason I haven't bothered and I'm sure there are plenty of other people on here that feel the same, so come on guys get it sorted and start reaping the rewards of a larger circulation.

Let's not forget that this is not some volunteer produced club rag from which you accept variable delivery and quality. This is a commercial enterprise, set up to make a profit for the owners and really needs to deliver exactly what it says it will deliver to those who paid money up front..

I subscribed before the launch to give them some support, the lack of issues and vague promises does not bother me enough to go ask for a refund, but I certainly won't bother subscribing again..

Grrrrr... and relax

I am sure it will be worth the wait, as a retail stockist here on the rock i also am waiting for the next issue.

However, on the otherhand, i also run my own company and am aware just how hard it is to set up something new.

And as for the 'Commercial company' and 'set up to make a profit' i doubt very much there is any profit at all at the moment, have any of you done what he has and tried to put a specialist magazine out into the open market!!.

It's fickle to say the very least as i know from personal experience that the news & mag industry is run by the big players for the big players and the likes of us small folk (independent retailers & suppliers) don't figure any where.

I for instance have no idea what magazines i will recieve from my supplier as he decides what and when i will get them.

So c'mon guys give jon a chance
