Best place to buy an 03/53 Wagon?
I have been looking around for a while to buy a WRX wagon and apart from Autotrader, Pistonheads and here is there any where else to look for Private sales on line?

Check "For Sale" on here and SIDC as you may find a car owned and cherished by an enthusiast, and maybe with the best (essential) mods done.

13 listed on Autotrader between £10.2k and £15k. PPP should be popular, but brake upgrades are rare. Easy to add braided lines, uprated pads (Ferodo, Pagid, Mintex) and better (DOT5.1) fluid for under £150. The rear Whiteline ARB and solid links are essential, along with a good geometry set-up (PM me for mine ).

Budget is 12-14K ish. But i will keep it on the road at night so i think a brand new one will be to tempting for Keying and just attract unwanted attention, in fact one of the reasons for a wagon apart from the dog is i think it is less attractive to thiefs than a 4 door.
I have looked at a couple of 03 plate and the interiors are scratched etc. Now having had old Peugeots i dont have high standards for interiors but i was put off so i am still looking.
PPP is of interest or i buy a 53 plate wait until it is out of warrenty and then look at what options are around.
But is low mileage more important than age?
I tend to keep my cars for a long time and would like to with this though i have noticed that a lot of 3 year old scooby's for sale are looking for their third owners!
