Cannot log in with my Scoob99 so got myself a new username

Anybody care to help me have been trying to log on as Scoob99 since 11oClock this morning, can a moderator care to help please

I did, and it still has not arrived!!!!!!!!!

It's mad I came off Scoobynet this morning, went back on about 20mins later and it was asking me for my User name and password, since then I have not been able to use my (Scoob99) name and have asked for a new password many times without any success
