Default 22B estate for sale on flea bay?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2000-SUBARU-IM...QQcmdZViewItem

This guy specifically states that this motor is a type uk 22b, of which there were only 16. Now it looks to me like a completely standard turbo 2000 estate, but what if someone buys this and really believes its a 22b?
Trade descriptions Act anyone?

I dont think anyone would be that stupid in believing that it was a 22B.

Unless it was Stevie Wonder!

My STI5 RA Ltd says STI Type UK on the logbook. Obviously mistakes can be made and has happened in this instance too - but the fact he promotes it at a 22B is farcical. Cheeseball

...and wont listen to the people questioning it. Someone should send him a pic of 22b then he would be able to see for himself. Although i think the con mask is on and is not interested in being "correct".

yes we will let you sell your car in peace, if you list it correctly..simple.

as to eating any of ours for breakfast. well my liddle ole uk 2000 is running about 300BHP so no ,and i am way down the scale in terms of power, 400,500bhp is quite common on here, so let the fun begin

oh and i just love the ebay special pedals....i am sure subaru spent loads of effort putting them on

tool !!

Bleh, bleh, bleh, all capitals no grammar nonsense. We all know that the car isn't a 22B, so why play it up so much in your auction that it states this on the log book etc.?
