Watching TV this morning & Stephen Ladyboy/man was moaning about the foreigners not paying speeding fines. There sh1tty camera's are now loosing money, not to mention 100,000+ congestion charges.
So to try & get other Countries Governments to up hold our law, they are considering bargaining our private information that DVLA hold, to gain access to foreigners info.
This is totally out of order. Where are are civil rights in this.
With half of the fraud in this Country carried out by Foreigners, this crappy government are looking to add to it.
