I think he needs a stronger inlet manifold to cope with the nitrous as he blew it apart. The welding along the bottom of it failed and it just peeled open

Unfortunately, when it popped the manifold it appears to have ingested some debris and I now have one very badly scored bore and a damaged piston
So if I get it rebored/rebuilt in time it may still be running-in at the pod

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?
Sorry about that steven, I really wanted to see Andy run, and I know how it feels not not run, so I wasnt bothered by parking my car up.

Rob,
No Im not, I may run at elvington on the 2nd of July, but this a big MAY.
I need to have a good look over the car, boost control isnt right since new box was fitted, throttle positon / idle needs altering as its creeping to 1500 - 2000 when warm..
Other than that I think its time for an precautionary engine rebuild.
