Car running like a dog after using NF this morning :o( Please Help
#1
(was going to post in Drivetrain but wanted urgent attention )
* Received first bottle of Racing NF (black) this morning.
* Tank half full of Optimax. Put 50ml of NF in and filled tank up with Optimax.
* Drove about a mile and stopped and did ECU reset.
* Car is driving horribly. It literally feels asthough somebody has stolen my turbo. Nice and smooth but no power. It has completely lost that "throw you in to your seat" kick.
* Drove down a (private ) road where I can measure against previously attained speeds. Can usually get about 91-95 mph down here before braking. Only reached about 84mph.
* Please help me somebody. I am unhappy/worried/frustrated.
* It said something about using a NF cleaner before this but I haven't (Optimax has cleaning additives?) - could this have anything to do with it?

From: 1600cc's of twin scroll fun :)
The only advice ill give and no doubt that others will is that you just keep filling up with optimax, its suppose to clean out the engine so if the NF you put in is giving your car hassle you have to flush it out of the system soonest

Car seems to be running better now. Not sure if better than before NF but certainly no worse.
Do you think it is safe to assume things are OK then?
Perhaps the ECU took some time to adjust or something.
Not sure whether to carry on using it though.
Thanks
Rikki
