Please can you help me get my Scoob99 name back as I seem to have a lot of trouble signing in on it, I use my username and the password you set up for me buut now I cannot seem to log in on it I have asked for a new password but seem to be getting nothing back So if it is my fault may I apologise now, cos sometimes I am a bit thick

If you are unable to access your email address which your original account is under, then I am afraid we can not give you details or reset passwords manually regarding this account. This is all because of our security policy as everything must be done on-line by the account owner.

I had no luck logging on as pmarch - just kept getting blankish screen come up with some techy message including things about 'domain'.

Hence, I have re-registered from scratch as pmarch bugeye.

 

If you clear all your cookies and temporary internet files for ScoobyNet you should be ok.
