Thinking of another Impreza
It's been a year now sice I've owned my last Impreza. Faint memories of high running costs still lurk somewhere in my memory yet I'm seriously thinking of another one.
I'm only interested in a UK 4 door MY98-00 as standard as possible, perhaps with ppp. What should I expect from a full tank driven relatively sensibly mixed roads, anywhere near 300? Does a ppp need SUL?

Buy a nice WRX SL with PPP only 18months old. With Eibachs for better handling and BDA Grooved disks with Ferrodo DS2500 (fitted less than 1500 miles ago) pads for improved brakes.
Get one with 19000miles (just had 20k service) and a full history UK spec car, leather, heated seats, sunroof, 265BHP, 18months full UK warranttee.
Crystal Grey so looks good. As quick as a Sti (I would argue) and totally mint.
Look to pay about £13.5k.
Where would you find such a can - PM me!!
Oh and just to prove it ain't been killed still on original tyres but I will throw in a set of virtually brand new Bridgestone RE070's I have juts bought.
New business forces sale!

Driving relatively sensibly on mixed roads you should easily get well over 300 miles per tank.
350 is only 26mpg and that is easily possible if you drive right to the last couple of litres

PPP does need SUL if you don't want the car to run roughly!

Mine is running 273/273 now, and I get about 220 to the tank mainly around town. It was the same before it was remapped too when it was standard apart from mid/backbox change.
