Its a 1995 WRX, was contemplating a 2003-2004 JDM STI.
Was toying with the idea of an APS SR40 turbo and some headers and up pipe or dropping in an STI engine, but if i do that i may as well go the whole hog and drop in a 2.5lt mmm.........

i did have an SR30 which is its baby brother, and it was a bit hit and miss...i think that APS turbos seem to work very well with a certain mix of products, but finding that mix is the tricky part. Im not saying that it wouldnt achieve their figures (although i do think their quoted 440 is a bit steep!!) but for the money, the TD05/06 is the far safer bet, and also cheaper especially if bought new.

What chassis mods you on about????
I already have a set of uprated 4 pots on and have an AP Clutch rated to 450bhp, so should be fine.
As regards gearbox, will wait till mine goes then maybe go for 6 speed

rear arb, renewing bushes+ anything worn.
when i started moding mine (95ukturbo)
even with full history etc ,a close look underneath led to many parts being replaced . transformed the car more than i could belive.

To assist in the longevity of the engine (
), a fairly "cheap" mod you may want to consider is putting a RCM oil pump on it.
