as far as I know the only FMIC where you apparently don't need to do any cutting is the PACE, but having fitted an FMIC to mine I can't see how you can get away with not cutting the bumper.

I thought the Blitz, HKS, Pace and the massive latteral performance one all did not require the bumper to be cut.
But on the down side they are all around the £1000-£1500.
I've got the hybrid one on mine, and you would not beleive how much you have to remove but it only cost me £288 direct from hong kong

I won my Hybrid FMIC on ebay for £190 quid... p&p was another £30 on top... a good peice of kit for the money... got a oil catcher tank with it to, still yet to be fitted...!
