how to fit this dump valve plz?

i have bought this for my scoob,can anyone tell me whitch way round it goes? does the bottom go on the pipe towards the intercooler and the side go towards the airbox? thanks

cheers...
could do with a second opinion because i sure that most baileys dump valves the bottom connects towards the intercooler?
