I am selling my WRX after a proud 4 years ownership... and my customer will be paying me a deposit this weekend...

Is there anything special I need to write on the receipt for the deposit apart from the outstanding amount due and when by... and obviously what he is buying... any T's and C's...

For the full receipt I downloaded the receipt sample The AA have suggested to use from their website...

write it as part payment not deposit. That way its non refundable..
