how to re-programme your sky box remote
as above, i took the batteries out of my thompson sky box contoller to use in something else for a bit. I've since put them back in but the remote has lost the memory so i can no longer control my jvc tv via the sky remote. Anyone know how you re-programme these??

Turn on TV and Sky box and press tv on the remote
Hold down Select and Red button together until red light on remote flashes twice.
Press tv again enter code, for JVC try 0053, remote should blink red light twice.
Press standby on remote and tv should turn off then press select button.
If it doesn't, press tv then standby button repeatedly until it switches off then press select.
