You dont state what car you have

if its a classic i would say approx 25 bhp gained removing both cats and put in an aftermarket filter

My Ninja/Magnex & JR Panel filter released 15bhp exactly.

I have heard Revolutions full system can release 30bhp though?

Sports Panel Air Filter, Full exhaust, 10-15 BHP.

Also look at www.spiralmax.com

Stick one in your exhaust & 2 in your Air Intakes 10-15 BHP.

Depending on the size of your Exhaust/Air Intake Hoses, should cost around £90for the 3 plus postage.

Up to an extra 20BHP.

Stuck 2 in mine and definitely getting an improvement.

Ive had a remap, Bigger Turbo, Panel air Filter & getting 263 BHP, don't know how much each item contributes towards that?
Hope this helps.

KInd regards

The power gain depends whether you remap it after taking all the cats out.

On a classic, I managed a gain of about 10 BHP with just a backbox and filter change, according to the RR results (before/after done on different days, so this could have had an effect depending on air temp etc)

Is the 263 BHP at the wheels or the flywheel? I'd be really disapointed if that was at the fly wheel after a bigger turbo!!!! Mine got 317 after a turbo change and a remap (Td04-Vf28)

Going to get a new exhuast downpipe etc etc.

Power at the flywheel.

Also thinking about headers as well.
