Engine light on and no boost

Engine light on and no boost
Can anyone help me? I have started the car up today after its been sat idle for nearly three weeks and the check engine light stays on.
It will not boost over 5psi and starts to judder as if its going to stall.The rev limiter keeps fluctuating aswell.
Ive checked the forge dump valve and it looked like the spring wasnt working properly so i changed it to my standard dump valve and its still the same.
Any ideas anyone? Its a MY00 classic

Cheers guys it is the maf.i cleaned the maf and started the scoob up and the light didnt come on ,so went up the road for a drive but still the same
when parked up and scoob at idle it stalled,so started back up and light came back on
Im a bit pi55ed of as the maf has only been on for 2 years from new
