best boost controller for 02 bug sti
my sti has a full decat system, k&n typhoon and planning to get tek3 mapping from powerstation, shall i fit a boost controller and if so which one?

no need. 2 port is fine.
However, if Rich feels you need a 3 port solenoid then he will recommend it.
Ecutek has its own gear boost profiles

Gear profiling is not available on all roms including the 02 STi one. First appeared in the MY03 JDM roms. JDM code won't work in Euro cars.
that said the oem boost control is very good and at your level I wouldn't even suggest a three port was needed.
