First of all, power (MY99/00) up to 250bhp on 97 ron fuel, approx 250lbs of torque.
Recognised by the blue prodrive intercooler piping, prodrive back box and exhaust and the nice prodrive official certificate.
why are they any good?
Because at the time there was no other performance enhancements out for the impreza without loosing your warranty (as per now) so it was a nice increase, though power does vary, some people see 260bhp, some 240.
Its not available on a JDM car, its a UK package only.
