type ra vs fq360 topgear??????
After watching the impreza get it's *** whoped by the fq320 in previous top gear road test's i've decided to request a fair comparison.
type ra(360bhp) strait from the production line upgraded ecu software along with an exhaust
Fq 360 again strait from the production line in jp with added ecu software and an exhaust.
Personally i think this would be a fair comparison as my type ra has elect windows and air con.
Would you all e-mail top gear asking for this road test plz
I have just sent the first one

In one of my many cloudy moments outside, i wandered if a super-test could be arranged:
WRX PPP vs STi vs GSR (all in the region of 260)
STi PPP vs FQ300 (all in the region of 300)
TSL333 vs FQ320 vs FQ330 vs WR1
JDMSTi+Remap vs FQ340
SpecC-RA vs FQ360
Type25 vs FQ400
Surely the above could be arranged between here, SIDC & MLR
Bring it on!!

Got to be running similar power but the EVO's lighter and the power comes in earlier. Haven't really compared them yet (we will! ) Got a feeling the EVO will have it!

You can however walk into a Mitsu dealer and get an FQ360.

If Subaru/Prodrive did other packages, i'm sure they'd be close to TSL's anyway.

i think my slightly modded type r is quicker than my P1 which was significanlty quicker than my evo7. I would go as far to say that my type r feels as fast as my 8 fq330 but there again its subjective and both my evos did not seem to have that ' in your face sensation' that the scoobys do. Wouldn't think theres much in it, and the type r handling is right up there as well.

spec
Would have to be sold in gb, so best impreza at the mo available here in uk, is the sti ppp version 10, v's evo 9 fq 360, not mitsi's fault the scoobys have nothing to compare to,
Like you say though the spec c if it was officialy sold here would be a different story very nice car, and the only scooby i would consider buying
