scooby boo boo
well it looks like i conformed to the image of every 25 driving a fast car!
absolutly gutted, it was wet and i slipped coming off a roundabout, classic skool girl error, looks like my sence of judjement was left at home!
no one was hurt and car still runs with a big dent in front, looks like radiator is smashed.

Typical Bloody women, sticking up for each other.
You don't do anything else together do you? Can I watch

well i looked at it and thought it would be ok, the subaru mechanic looked at it and said minimum of 2 1/2 K to get back on road, insurance co may write it off, so all in all not very happy!
I was not going at speed, like soul girl said, is a 50 limit on the road, and could not have been going faster than 30, i blame it on the slippy road,
will just have to keep my fingers crossed for the insurance,
have to say that in the 28 hours that i had my scooby, i did love her!

28 hrs must feel really bad, i had my wrx for about 16 hrs (brand new) before my sister in the back seat opened the door stright into a bicycle (but that was only a couple of hundred quid) , cant imagine how you feel, your boyfriend will now wish you had insured it

At the end of the day, you're ok, everyone else is ok, the car can be repaired/replaced. You've clearly tried to learn someting from the experience and not just blamed all and sundry for the accident, so chin up - it could have been a lot worse.

I'm afraid your BF is now entitled to some special treatment though; that's SN law!!!!

I've said the same thing to her GC8 so I suspect she'll be doing the rounds to local bodyshop repair establishments once the insurance has officially written it off. We've spoke at length about the writing off procedures etc so she's possibly going to be able to have the repairs done and be back on the road asap

7 sets of steelwork railings... ive got about 10 piccies on my pc of different angles. front o/s impact and rear o/f impact, hence the new "hovercraft" look of the rear axle... and yes they are 2 week old unpaid for £1200 18" speedline turinis...

I wondered if it had been railings what with the concertina effect on the panel there... oops about the wheels! Were they covered under the insurance on top of the value of the car?
