STI 2002 rear silencer...will it fit a MY 99 turbo?

Seen a nice almost new STI rear silencer up for sale....

anyone know if this will fit a MY99?

the hanger closest to the bumper is the wrong way round
the other 2 will fit so you may get away with it

or , cut the back 1 off, turn it and weld it back on
