Default Subaru servicing

Hi all - got a '99 Turbo with 90k on the clock (I do about 20k a year). For its next big service I was wondering about the cambelt... I have a receipt with the car for its first cambelt change at 48k - so probably time for another one fairly soon? Also, I'm in Fleet, Hants and was thinking of using Tuning Japanese in Aldershot for the big service. Can anyone recommend them? Thanks in advance - Dan.
