Just got hold of a STI front strut brace but one end is 190mm from the end to the bend in the alloy the other side is 250mm from the end to the bendin the alloy and the bends are at uneven angles. No one around here where I am to compare with so I'm just posting for a general answer. I might be a bell end and just paro or has it seen too much stress and is out of shape.

It sounds as though its come off a damaged car to me. This doesnt mean that you arent a bell-end though.

they are supposed to be symmetrical arent they. one day i'll be rich enough to buy stuff new

Just try and fit it. If it fits either your car is bent, or the bar is meant to be like that.

will go ahead and fit it seems that general consensus is that its all in my head thanks guys slowly but surely putting this back together work in progress
