Itsaplaything

I ordered a door stack kit from the above company weeks ago. The money was taken from my account within a couple of hours of the order being placed. I have still not received my order and I've had no contact with the company at all. My emails get an automated response and the phoneline just goes to answerphone.

Has anybody had any dealings with this company recently, good or bad?

How do converse with a company that does not want to talk to you?

By the look of it, it is someone working from home. Only accepts paypal, No landline number, Not a commercial address,HHMMmmmmm
