Wooooooo....just got meself a real bargain, have a look...anyone know approx how much it will cost to spray in silver 406.

Get it painted properly, it may cost you £100 or so depending on what work is involved, but it will be worth it in the end.
Saw a front lip spoiler that had the DIY treatment recently, it actually ruined the look of the car.
If you do paint it with cans, it will look all patchy and blotchy. But post the pictures on here, so we can all have a laugh.

For the very simple reason that a spray can will never be able to produce results anywhere like as good as a proper spray gun. If they could we would never need a proper bodyshop again.
Either that or I'm a bit more fussy than you in wanting my cars to look good.
The spoiler looks like a poor replica, as there's something not right with the brake light. It looks like it's been added later.

Picked it up yesterday and it needs quite a bit of work so its going to a friends uncle who sprayed a spoiler for his BMW and its immaculate....only charged him £20 but it was already primered so im getting it done for £40.

when i had my 98 sport, i won one of the mid level spoilers off ebay, but it was red and required it qhite. think it was £85 all in inc spraying fitting and wiring up rear brake light...
