Some moron (Welsh for carrot btw) has put a nice vertical dent in my driver's door, oh only about 2 - 3 inches long. It's quite nasty in that either the pratt that did it throw their door open with gay abandon or else the wind caught it.

Can anyone suggest any (proven) DIY remedies?

dont even try doing it yourself,i did that once and made it look worse and when i eventually got it done by a proffesional it was impossible to get it right due to me have stretched the metalwork....should cost about £50 to £60 with one of the dent removal companys

 

halfords thay do it for about £65.

 

they subcontract the work out mate

 

Dent Devils - Enter Site, do an excellent job cost £75 per panel

 

All the garages sub-contract the work out. What you need to do is find the guy who goes to the garages to do the work and you have it cracked. I had 3 dents done for £35 a couple of years back. Took the guy about 15 mins. Utter genius.
